    Joined DaC in 1974 and became Chairman in 1996, the longest serving Chairman in DaC's history.

    Also, Chairman of the London Taxi Board (LTB) and member of London's Taxi Network (LTN), Director of Taxi, Limousine and Paratransit Association (TLPA) and Board Member of the 'Go Skills' council and member of the IRU.

    Responsble to the Board for all financial aspects of the business.

    As Company Secretary I am the main point of contact for members who wish to raise any matter with the Board.

    Responsible for statutory compliance and reporting.

    Joined the Board in 1990 and during my 17 years I have held a number of senior positions.

    Having been appointed as Driver Operations Manager, included in my role is to manage the Call Centre, which I have being doing for the last ten years.

    Customer satisfaction is extremely important in the success of any organisation, especially those in the service industry.

    Liaising regularly with Account Managers, reviewing customer account facilities and visiting clients to discuss the service and any issues should they arise.

    I also monitor our clients costs to an acceptable level without jeopardising service.

    Working taxi driver of almost 30 years. Holding a number of important positions since being elected on to the Board of Management in 2001, including new driver recruitment and training, Marshalling and joint responsibility for Driver Operations.

    Currently Compliance Officer, a very important role to ensure that all grievances from Clients, Members of the public and Dial-a-Cab Members are dealt with in a fair and just manner.

    In charge of the installation of the Dial-a-Cab Data Despatching equipment into the Society's taxis as well as fault finding and repairs at the Society's fitting bay situated in North London.

    I have worked on Dial-a-Cab for over 30 years covering most aspects of the Society. Working with me are a computer expert, electronic engineer and 4 fitters.
